Terms and Conditions

By booking our services through our website it will be deemed that you are agreeing to our terms and conditions as stated below:

1) Service bookings cannot be made any later than 3 days before the service commences.

​

2) Total service duration will be split between a team of cleaners, e.g. 6 hours / 3 cleaners = 2 hours each.

​

3) Services will be completed within the allotted time frame, we will not provide an extension of service time.

​

4) Deposits must be paid via the booking system.

​

5) The remaining payment is to be made in person upon receipt of our invoice.

​

6) Interest will be added onto overdue invoices at the rate of 8% + BoE base rate for each day overdue.

7) If you need to cancel your booking please email us at: enquiries@cleanige.com 

​

8) Cancellations must be received by us no later than 48 hours from the service commencing.

9) If we are unable to enter your commercial property because there was no one there to allow us entry to the building or because we have not been given key access prior to the service commencing, we may levy a lockout fee of up to 50% of the value of the service.

​

10) If we are unable to enter your commercial property because it has been deemed as unsafe or hazardous we may levy a vacate fee of up to 50% of the value of the service.

​

11) We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw our service at any point if our employees are subjected to harassment or bullying of any kind, including racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism or sexual harassment.
