Client: W3RT

Location: Watford

Service Provided: Initial Deep Clean, and Ongoing Contracted Cleaning

"James works to a very high standard, he is committed to providing excellent customer service"

Watford and Three Rivers Trust (W3RT) contacted Cleaníge to provide a proposal and quotation for contracted commercial cleaning services within their community centres in Watford. Unfortunately they had two different cleaning contractors across both sites that were underperforming, ultimately resulting in poor hygiene standards which left our client frustrated with the lack of service.

W3RT contacted our team through our LinkedIn business page after reading a number of our posts relating to our eco-friendly commercial cleaning services. After meeting with the venues manager, and viewing both community centres in Watford, we created a cleaning proposal and quotation tailored to their unique business requirements. Being public service buildings, it was important their premises had a cleaning service that was easy to communicate with, reliable, and consistent.

A team of cleaners was recruited and vetted before the contract began, these cleaners not only had experience of working in commercial cleaning but more importantly of working within community service buildings. We were ready to go on day one of the contract and began implementing a regular cleaning routine that has helped transform their workplace.

You can clearly see from these before and after pictures, the difference that our professional eco-friendly commercial cleaning services have made to the community centre. The bannister was tricky to clean but we found the right technique that just melted years of dirt away.

It wasn't enough to simply provide a reliable commercial cleaning service, we wanted to show our client what it is to have excellent service that goes above and beyond to prove our intent but more importantly build trust between our team of cleaners and our customer. We included additional tasks not part of our contract for free, such as installing new soap and hand towel dispensers, and basic handyman repairs and maintenance. We didn't stop there though, parts of the building had been neglected by the previous contractor and we wanted to bring these spaces back to life.

The parquet floor in the main hall at Holywell Community Centre was worn, grubby and looked like it hadn't been cleaned or buffed in years. Our team used a special chemical designed  to remove old polishes and varnishes from wooden floors, we then applied a second chemical that helps repair and restore these types of floors, finally we used a professional grade polish that we buffed in with our Karcher floor polisher. Resulting in a parquet floor returned to its former glory.

Our hard work and dedication to this contract earned our team a five-star Google review from the assistant venues manager.

A noticeable increase in venue bookings since we took over the cleaning contract helped our client remain profitable by retaining and attracting long term service users. We are proud of the partnership we have built with W3RT and the client is renewing our contract which showcases their trust in our service to keep their business clean, hygienic, and more importantly productive.
