Cancellation Policy
Payment terms: a 20% non-refundable deposit is required during the booking process, an invoice will be provided to you in person for the remaining payment on completion of the work and must be paid upon receipt.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel the appointment please contact us no later than 48 hours prior to the service commencing.
