"An office deep clean became a contracted service"
ICAB approached Cleaníge to provide an initial deep clean of the offices they occupy at Heronslea House, Bushey. Our team got stuck in and by June 2024 we started the office cleaning contract with the client. First impressions count for so much, that's why we never underestimate where a 'one-off' clean can lead.
Cleaníge was initially approached by a director of ICAB via contact through our website. The client required support with a deep clean of their offices in Bushey, and a regular office cleaning service moving forwards if they were satisfied with the standard of our cleaning. Unfortunately their regular cleaners were letting them down and allowing their workplace to become grubby and dusty. After meeting with the management team, we created a bespoke proposal and quotation and to our delight we were awarded the work. Our team of cleaners got to work deep cleaning every nook and cranny of the offices, pulling out furniture, dusting lights and cobwebs, wiping bins, walls, and cello tape marks. An evening of hard graft and methodical cleaning resulted in one very happy team of office workers.
Whenever we are awarded deep cleans, our approach is simple, follow a set list of tasks in an efficient manner and check all work on completion. This ensures we deliver on the finish and standard that the client expects and that our team does not have to go back to rectify any areas that were missed. As ICAB occupy several offices across three floors, the deep clean was a little trickier than usual but nothing we couldn't handle. We always start by tackling high level dust and cobwebs, then we move on to the mid level areas that include shelves, cupboards, light switches and so on. We finish with vacuuming carpets and mopping hard floors.
We met with the management team the day after the deep clean, the feedback praised our team's hard work. They were delighted to have an office that no longer smelled dusty and grimey, and after consideration of our proposal and quote for the contracted cleaning service they awarded the contract to Cleaníge.
